As a graduate of the Nashville Dental Implant Maxicourse and a candidate for Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Cedar is committed to providing thoughtful, advanced care in implant dentistry. He continues to pursue advanced education and training to refine his surgical and restorative skills, with a focus on helping patients achieve results that restore not only their smiles, but also their confidence, comfort, and quality of life. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Cedar dedicated his time in biomedical research at the University of Mississippi Medical Center Cancer Institute, focused on finding better treatment options for patients facing serious illness. That experience continues to shape his approach today, reminding him that behind every diagnosis and treatment plan is a person deserving of patience and understanding. Today, he brings that same dedication to full mouth rehabilitation, striving to earn the trust patients place in his hands. Dr. Cedar understands that patients want to feel confident they are making the right decision when considering implants or more complex dental care. His approach is to explain treatment visually, answer questions thoughtfully, and make sure each patient understands not only what is being recommended, but why.
